‘Basic Yoga’ is mainly intended for those who are new to Yoga. It covers important postures, which are needed for daily yoga practice. Basic Yoga will provide a brief introduction to the science of Yoga and how to wisely employ it in one’s life to get maximum benefit out of its practice.
